Warranty Coverage


We offer a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:

  • Broken clasps or links due to manufacturing faults
  • Loose or missing gemstones caused by defective settings

What the Warranty Does Not Cover


This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (including scratches, dents, or surface damage from everyday use)
  • Damage caused by accidents, improper use, misuse, or lack of proper care
  • Exposure to chemicals, chemically treated water, or extreme conditions
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Items altered, repaired, or modified by third parties
  • Damage resulting from bending, impact, or force

How to Submit a Warranty Claim


To file a warranty claim:

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
  • Detailed description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs of the item and the defect.

Our team will assess your claim and provide instructions on how to proceed.

If your claim is approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

Inspection & Return Requirement

If your warranty claim is accepted for further evaluation, you will be required to send the affected item to us for quality assurance inspection and testing. Warranty claims cannot be finalized without inspection unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers are responsible for shipping the item to us for evaluation. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.

Repair or Replacement

If a warranty claim is approved, MUSE of My Own will determine the appropriate resolution:

  • Repair: If possible, the item will be repaired and returned to you.
  • Replacement: If repair is not feasible and the item is in stock, we may replace it with the same item.
  • Alternative Replacement: If the original item is unavailable due to stock limitations or discontinuation, a similar item of equal value may be offered.
  • Refund: If neither repair nor replacement is possible, a refund equivalent to the original purchase price will be issued to the original payment method or, if preferred, as store credit.

Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to send the item to us for warranty evaluation.

Additional Warranty Information

  • Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase.
  • Items purchased through third-party retailers or platforms are subject to the warranty policies of those sellers. Please contact them directly for assistance.
  • This warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable EU law.
