Please note that original shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. If you're returning something for a refund or exchange, you'll need to cover the return shipping.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, duties, taxes, tariffs, customs fees, or carrier handling fees are not included at checkout unless explicitly stated. These charges may be collected before or upon delivery and are the customer’s responsibility.
If a parcel is refused because of unpaid duties, taxes, tariffs, customs fees, or carrier handling fees, any return shipping costs, customs costs, or handling fees charged to us may be deducted from the refund.
