We prepare all orders within 48 business hours after they're confirmed — often sooner. During peak times (like holidays or special launches), it might take a little longer, but we’ll keep you updated.

Please note that original shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. If you're returning something for a refund or exchange, you'll need to cover the return shipping. We’re unable to accept returns on items purchased at pop-up events or sample sales — these are final sale.

    Express Tracked – Fast tracked courier service (2–4 business days). *Free shipping to the U.S. is temporarily paused due to new EU/US regulations. We’re doing our best to reintroduce it soon—once postal services settle into their new conditions and start accepting commercial packages.

    Duties & Taxes – Please note that the U.S. no longer allows duty-free importation of low-value shipments. All orders shipped to the U.S., regardless of value, may be subject to duties, import taxes, or tariffs, which are payable upon delivery by the recipient. MUSE of My Own is a EU-based company and is not responsible for these charges; they are the customer’s responsibility.

    We know this isn’t ideal, and we’re actively working on establishing partnerships to make free, duty-paid shipping to the U.S. available again. As soon as this becomes possible, it will be offered as an option at checkout.

  • Rest of the World

    Orders shipped outside the EU and UK may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your local authorities. These costs are the customer’s responsibility, as they vary by country and are not controlled by Muse of My Own. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details before placing your order. Please note that we’re unable to reimburse any duties or taxes paid upon delivery.
