Shipping Information
We prepare all orders within 2 business days after they’re confirmed - often sooner. During peak periods, such as holidays or special launches, preparation may take a little longer, but we’ll keep you updated.
If you change your mind, you may return an eligible item for a refund or exchange within 30 days. For hygiene reasons, earrings may only be returned if their hygiene seal remains intact. Personalised or engraved items, gift cards and gift packaging are non-returnable. Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where applicable consumer law requires the standard delivery cost to be refunded. Duties, taxes or customs charges paid to local authorities may not be recoverable. This does not affect your statutory rights, including your rights concerning faulty or incorrectly supplied items. VAT is included for deliveries within the European Union. For deliveries to the United Kingdom and the United States, all duties, taxes and customs costs are prepaid—there are no surprise fees on delivery.
For the rest of our shipping destinations, local duties, taxes, customs clearance or carrier handling fees are not included and may be collected before or upon delivery.
